Assessment of team training and development needs. * ### **Job Description** REQUIREMENTS: + Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology; + Knowledge in the field and experience administering and scoring psychological tests is a plus; + Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities; + Problem-solving aptitude; + Proactive attitude and interest in technical and professional development. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Manage recruitment and selection processes, administer psychological tests, analyze profiles for positions at all hierarchical levels, including both external and internal vacancies; + Develop and implement performance evaluations, monitor, guide, and approve with leadership promotions/employee reassignments to other positions; + Provide feedback to employees, conduct exit interviews, carry out climate surveys, and other HR department programs; + Assist in developing and implementing HR policies; + Support the company in implementing programs and projects aimed at employee well-being, as well as propose initiatives to optimize personnel utilization and role effectiveness; + Support the training and development area, including assessing training and development needs for teams and leadership. * ### **Area of Operation:** Human Resources * ### **CBO Occupation Code:** Organizational Psychologist * ### **Education Level:** Completed Undergraduate Degree * ### **Additional Benefits** + Profit Sharing or Results-Based Bonus Program + On-site Cafeteria + Meal Allowance + Transportation Allowance * ### **Contract Type** Indefinite-term (CLT) * ### **Work Format:** On-site * ### **Other Information** Must the candidate be available for travel?
