Job Summary: Support the Product Manager in creating and managing the product backlog, write clear documentation, monitor metrics, participate in design discussions and agile ceremonies, and track KPIs for continuous improvement. Currently, we have an opening for an **Associate Product Manager** to join our technology team. **What will be your mission?** Support the PM in creating and managing the product backlog. Write clear documentation with well-defined criteria for features and software changes. Monitor usage and success metrics of launched features. Participate in screen design and usability flow discussions, contributing improvement suggestions. Participate in agile ceremonies such as dailies, checkpoints, follow-ups, and retrospectives. Track KPIs and propose continuous improvements. And of course, embrace the startup mindset—rolling up your sleeves wherever needed! **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Clear, fluent, and effective oral and written communication that fosters connection with the team and stakeholders. Analytical profile, organized, with sharp logical reasoning and process focus.
