Job Summary: Professional responsible for executing, monitoring, and ensuring quality of the production process on XPS machines, addressing operational issues. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with XPS machines and advanced operational proficiency 2. Knowledge and application of GMP 3. Ability to develop and train new professionals **Job Description:** ---------------------- Execute the startup checklist and initiate the production process. Verify packaging/bale specifications and confirm the correct coil according to the production schedule. Perform fine technical adjustments of temperatures (oven and mold) to achieve proper product formation. Monitor and inspect product quality: formation, strength, vertical/horizontal cutting, and protrusion for sensor detection. Ensure quality throughout the process and in final products. Address operational issues, seeking guidance from the team leader only for more complex matters. Conduct hourly productivity tracking. Possess in-depth knowledge of XPS machinery and products. Collect, weigh, and record scrap material for appropriate reuse. And other related duties. **Desired Qualifications:** -------------------------- Completed High School (Preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in the XPS field. Advanced operational proficiency with XPS machines. Knowledge of raw materials. GMP knowledge and application required.
