PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of SEST SENAT's Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Practical Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** Hourly basis **SALARY:** R$ 26\.35 **UNIT:** Tubarão/SC Unit **JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction and imparts skills required for obtaining, modifying, or renewing the driver's license, authorization, and advanced vehicle operation training; also facilitates students' learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed high school (or higher education degree). **Acceptable proof includes:** a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Officially signed and stamped course completion statement. c) For higher education degrees, enrollment confirmation, duly signed and stamped by the educational institution. Traffic Instructor Course recognized by the National Traffic Council (CONTRAN). Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: (Diploma or valid certificate – validity up to 5 years from the certificate issuance date). Valid National Driver's License (CNH) Category D or E \- minimum 1 (one) year holding such category. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: Copy of current driver's license. No serious traffic violations committed within the last 60 (sixty) days, and no prior CNH revocation penalty. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: Copy of the 'no record' certificate issued by the State Traffic Department (DETRAN). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience delivering practical bus and/or truck and/or trailer driving instruction. **PROOF:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's statement containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Social Security Work Record Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly indicating alignment with the targeted position (only if CTPS entry title matches the requirement stated in this Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, plus item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
