




Position: Junior Information Technology Analyst Department: IT – Information Technology Workload: 220 hours Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday Work Mode: On-site Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; Basic knowledge of Tasy, PACS, and infrastructure concepts; Familiarity with SQL and best practices in customer service; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving capability. Main Responsibilities: Functional support for Tasy and handling service requests; Support for the use and operation of PACS/RIS and examination workflows; Basic infrastructure support (workstations, local network, printers, and access); Incident logging and tracking, as well as operational routine management; Support for system integrations, testing, and validations; User guidance and documentation of procedures.
