Job Summary:
Develop detailed injection mold and stamping die designs, including 3D modeling, CAM programming, material selection, and simulation for product validation.

* **Injection Mold Design:** Develop detailed mold designs, considering feeding systems, ejection mechanisms, cooling systems, and draft angle analysis.
* **Stamping Die Design:** Design stamping tools for machining and finishing aluminum profiles, ensuring geometric accuracy of parts.
* **Modeling and Detailing (SolidWorks):** Create complex 3D models, assemblies, and complete 2D detailing with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
* **CAM Programming (Edgecam):** Develop programs for 3-axis machining centers, defining roughing, finishing, and drilling sequences to optimize machine cycle time. Complex machining operations, thread cycles, machining optimization;
* **Material and Heat Treatment Selection:** Specify appropriate steels (P20, H13, D2, etc.) and thermal or surface treatments to ensure tool service life.
* **Simulation and Adjustment:** Perform flow (injection) and stress (stamping) simulations to predict failures. Supervise bench adjustment and final "try-out". Validate final product on the machine.
* **Special Industrial Machines:** Carry out development, modeling, and operational simulation of equipment, Industry 4.0.
* **Differentiating Competencies**
* Knowledge of machine automation, thermoplastic injection molds, and aluminum profile stamping dies.
* Specific experience with aluminum profiles for the civil construction sector.
* DESIRABLE: Mechanical Engineering degree.
