Collaborate with quality, production, and engineering teams. * ### **Job Description** Job Description: Develop, optimize, and monitor casting projects and processes—from component design through to production—ensuring metallurgical quality, production feasibility, and process efficiency. Main Responsibilities: + Design casting projects, including part geometry, gating systems, risers, and feeding systems. + Monitor and validate project execution on the shop floor. + Define casting process parameters according to alloy type, casting method, and technical specifications. + Analyze and resolve casting defects (shrinkage cavities, cracks, porosity, inclusions, etc.). + Support engineering in defining tooling and implementing design modifications for continuous improvement. + Collaborate closely with quality, production, and process engineering teams.
