This is where we ensure our customers remain engaged, continuously perceive value, and build long-term relationships with our product. We seek a candidate with **post-sales experience**, who has previously worked in customer relationship management, engagement, or retention, and is now able to operate with **autonomy, analytical insight, and accountability** for their portfolio. On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Strategically monitor customer activity within the system; * Identify signs of dissatisfaction or risk and act in a **proactive and preventive** manner; * Conduct mature, consultative conversations, understanding the customer’s context and challenges; * Build trust-based relationships, focused on long-term engagement and retention; * Support and manage contractual topics with customers, with clarity, confidence, and empathy; * Collaborate cross-functionally to contribute to continuous process improvement. **What We Offer** We believe caring for people is part of the job.
