Mormaii Franchising is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to strengthen our franchisor team. Your mission will be to ensure efficient and continuous supply across our entire network of Mormaii franchise stores. You will act strategically to ensure that the right products are available at the points of sale, in the appropriate quantities and at the right time — always aligned with our commercial and operational strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze sales history, seasonality, and commercial forecasts to plan and suggest purchasing opportunities. * Define optimal inventory levels and replenishment policies per store and category. * Monitor stockouts and excess inventory, proposing continuous adjustments. * Support representatives with store-related information and opportunities. * Maintain active communication with store owners regarding inventory needs and opportunities. * Monitor KPIs such as Inventory Turnover, Stock Coverage, Average Days in Inventory, GMROI, and Mark\-up. * Contribute to store profitability by suggesting adjustments to inventory and sales distribution by category. * Communicate new suppliers to the network and formalize commercial policies. * Register new stores with suppliers. * Track suppliers’ commercial calendars and inform the network about product launches and purchase windows. * Collaborate closely with Performance, Marketing, Training, and IT teams to ensure alignment between operations support and results-driven strategies. To stand out, it is essential to have: * Supply Chain and Retail Vision: In-depth knowledge of the full supply cycle, from demand planning to final delivery at the point of sale. * Analytical Skill: Ability to analyze complex data, interpret detailed reports, and translate technical analyses into practical, strategic business recommendations. * Proactive Communication: Excellent communication skills, maintaining continuous and effective contact with the entire store network. * Negotiation Skills: Aptitude for negotiation and strong interpersonal relationships, essential for conducting effective discussions with suppliers and store owners. * Organization and Prioritization: High capacity for organization and prioritization to efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * Results Orientation and Systemic Vision: Results-driven mindset, coupled with a systemic vision enabling integrated and collaborative work with procurement, training, and sales departments. \> Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. \> Location: Must reside in Garopaba/SC. \> Work Model: On-site work.
