We offer services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team. Manage inventory and ensure product restocking. Serve customers, resolve requests, and guarantee quality service. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Analyze internal processes and propose operational improvements. Ensure achievement of established sales targets. Report results, KPIs, and requirements to regional management. Register sales in the system. Perform cash register opening, verification, and closing. Tasks related to Store Manager routines. Position based in Içara / SC. Previous experience as Store Supervisor, Retail Manager, Store Coordinator, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
