Job Summary: Reach Truck Operator responsible for moving goods, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and supporting operational improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Support operational process improvements **Key Responsibilities:** Operate a reach truck in accordance with internal safety standards; Receive, inspect, organize, pack, and label goods; Verify documentation and movement records; Perform daily reach truck checklists and report maintenance needs; Support operational process improvements; Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed high school education Certification and proven experience as a reach truck operator; Driver’s license category B; Availability for on-site work and shift schedules. **Compensation:** Gross monthly salary: R$ 2.865,00 + Monthly bonus: R$ 188,00 Annual bonus: R$ 346,00 (paid in two installments of R$ 173,00 each) **Benefits:** Meal allowance: R$ 265,00 (Mercado Pago card, with co-payment); On-site cafeteria: 1 main meal (lunch or dinner) + 1 snack (breakfast, afternoon snack, or supper); Health and dental insurance: 100% employer-subsidized for the employee, with optional coverage for dependents; Childcare allowance: up to R$ 576,00 per month per child, for daycare, school, or registered caregiver expenses; Life insurance: coverage equivalent to 12 salaries plus funeral assistance for the employee and dependents; Shuttle service or transportation allowance: choice between fixed-route shuttle or VT (shuttle with fixed pickup points; VT available after the first 10 days); Employee Assistance Program (EAP): psychological, legal, financial, and nutritional support for the employee and family members; Online therapy (telepsychology): 4 free sessions per month; Birth gift: R$ 385,00 voucher for baby items. **Location:** Address: Rua dos Carvalho, Res.
