Its focus is on ensuring legal security and achieving optimal outcomes through qualified technical expertise and close monitoring at every stage of the process. **Job Description:** Law student to work in the commercial department of a law firm, assisting with client relationship management, organizing commercial matters, and supporting administrative routines, with emphasis on customer service, communication, and lead conversion support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support for commercial customer service (digital and in-person) * Organization and follow-up of leads and client contacts * Post\-service support and follow\-up * Updating client records and managing commercial information * Administrative support related to the commercial department **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, attending evening classes * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organized, proactive profile with interest in commercial operations/customer service * Commitment, responsibility, and professional demeanor **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience or interest in Social Security Law Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
