Experience in maintenance of peripherals (CPUs, monitors, scanners, multifunction devices, printers). Experience in installation and configuration of hardware and peripherals (CPUs, monitors, scanners, multifunction devices, printers). Experience in administration, installation, and configuration of antivirus software. Intermediate knowledge of Office365 at the level of installation, support, and troubleshooting execution and operational issues. Intermediate knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems at the level of installation, configuration, support, resolution of usage queries, backup, and troubleshooting diverse operational problems and errors. Provide services related to installation, maintenance, and updating of software and hardware, and deliver user support, along with other related activities. **Responsibilities:** Support the technical team in opening service tickets with internet, landline, and mobile telephony providers. Monitoring of network links and servers.
