We are looking for an IT Assistant who enjoys solving problems, supporting people, and ensuring the proper functioning of technological resources. Main Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and providing technical support for the institution’s IT systems and equipment; Provide technical support to users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks; Assist in installing, configuring, and updating programs and systems; Ensure the proper functioning of the IT infrastructure by performing backups and monitoring data security; Support the management of computer equipment and peripherals. What We Are Looking For: Education in Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development (SAD), or related fields (completed or in progress); Intermediate or advanced knowledge of operating systems, networks, hardware, and software; Strong communication skills, responsibility, proactivity, and organization. Working Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday, business hours.
