Time tracking, hour bank management, and work schedule monitoring. Employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration. Vacation and leave management, as well as employee record updates. Submission of ancillary obligations (eSocial, DIRF, RAIS, etc.). Employee support and assistance to internal departments. **Education** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields. **Knowledge** Knowledge of labor legislation; Proficiency in payroll routines and time-tracking systems; Familiarity with the Metadados System is a plus. **Attitude** Organized; Focused; Detail-oriented.
