We believe that promoting **social inclusion** of young people in the workforce is a decisive factor for a **better and more equitable society**, and if this also motivates you, join our team! **Selection Process Steps:** * Application submission and resume evaluation; * Online chat with the recruiter; * Technical interview with the local Coordinator; * Feedback and/or offer (always delivered with transparency, empathy, and respect). **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your mission will be:** * Participate in the process of integrating adolescents and young people into the workforce in a way that guarantees their rights and equips them with appropriate tools for their development and agency. **Your activities will include:** * Conducting specialized follow-ups with families and young people from the unit/agency (individual sessions, group sessions, home visits, visits to companies); * Preparing reports on specialized follow-ups; * Supporting prioritized referrals for young people from more vulnerable families, as well as counter-referrals when necessary; * Conducting technical visits to partner companies hosting apprentices from the agency/unit; * Coordinating with CRAS, CREAS, and other social assistance services and entities to refer adolescents and young people to CIEE/SC programs; * Participating in CMAS and CMDCA meetings; * Developing and monitoring deadlines for CMDCA and CMAS processes; * Other routine tasks relevant to the position and department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Social Work; * Active registration with CRESS/SC; * Availability for 30 weekly working hours; * Prior experience in this role; * Knowledge of the Apprenticeship Law and the Child and Adolescent Statute is an advantage. **Additional Information** To take care of you, we offer: * **Medical assistance (Unimed)** with 50% co-payment for procedures, **no monthly fee** for the employee.
