




Job Summary: This position involves document organization, administrative support to various departments, and assistance with HR tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Physical and digital document organization and archiving 2. Multifunctional support to various departments 3. Assistance with HR tasks File and organize physical and digital documents, update spreadsheets, collect signatures, and distribute uniforms. Provide support to other departments in digitizing and scanning documents. Assist with HR tasks, such as organizing documents and scheduling interviews. Track office supply orders and, in some cases, monitor supply inventory.
