Job Summary: Engineering assistant responsible for fleet control, construction site monitoring, materials management, technical documentation, and administrative support in the civil construction sector. Key Highlights: 1. Fleet, materials, and equipment management at construction sites. 2. Support in construction site inspection and regularization with regulatory agencies. 3. Document organization and support for billing and contracts. * ### **Job Description** Manage the fleet supporting construction sites and related departments; Record and monitor the start and end times of construction site activities; Assist in regularizing company areas with competent regulatory agencies; Prepare meeting minutes for alignment sessions and record relevant information; Monitor and inspect construction progress, reporting deviations and requirements; Manage material inventory, ensuring proper organization and adequate supply; Review and organize technical documents, such as drawings, descriptive memoranda, checklists, and records of construction start and completion; Request materials, supplies, and other resources required for construction execution; Assist in contracting with contractors and service providers; Support equipment and tool management and control at construction sites; Update construction billing information and assist in issuing technical and control documents; Request billing and expense forecasts from responsible teams; Monitor contracts, deadlines, deliveries, and related documentation. * ### **Field of Activity:** Engineering and Construction * ### **CBO Position Code:** Engineering Assistant (Civil Construction) * ### **Education Requirement:** Incomplete Higher Education * ### **Salary Range** From R$ 3\.000,00 to R$ 4\.000,00 * ### **Contract Type** Fixed-term * ### **Work Format** On-site * ### **Additional Information** Must the candidate be available for travel?
