




Job Summary: The Supervisor will lead operational and utilities maintenance teams (WWTP), managing the team, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring operational compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure operation and maintenance of systems according to established premises. The Supervisor shall lead operational and maintenance teams responsible for utilities operation and maintenance (WWTP). Responsible for team management, KPI monitoring, partner interface, and ensuring system operations comply with defined premises; additionally, providing support—when required—in equipment maintenance activities, thereby ensuring adherence to preventive and predictive maintenance plans established for the unit under their responsibility. Within operations under their responsibility, they shall serve as the primary point of contact for the operational team in responding to operational emergencies, directing the team on potential process deviations that could compromise operational scope fulfillment, particularly regarding contractual service delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure compliance with preventive and predictive maintenance plans defined for operations under their responsibility; * Develop maintenance service providers to meet contractual requirements; * Ensure documentation of all performed services to generate maintenance and operational KPIs for performance tracking and compliance with operational and maintenance scopes of contracts under their responsibility; * Apply maintenance management tools to define necessary actions to extend equipment service life and improve maintenance performance; * Evaluate KPI results to define actions for optimizing processes and operational and maintenance costs; * Validate services performed by external maintenance companies, ensuring compliance with the scope offered; * Responsible for local client communication through ad-hoc meetings and steering topics toward contract management; * Develop maintenance and operational procedures, complying with all applicable safety standards for performed activities; * Plan major maintenance activities (e.g., specific equipment) for Air Blowers, Decanter Centrifuges, Flotation Units, and Sedimentation Tanks; * Develop and monitor indicators demonstrating operational process performance; * Prepare operational and maintenance reports for client reporting and contract management; * Define and monitor resource usage—including equipment (assets) and consumables (supplies); * Maintain direct interface with Maintenance, Procurement, Quality, Occupational Safety, HR, and Engineering departments, using them as operational support; * Support execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery and equipment; * Perform laboratory analyses for contracts under their responsibility, ensuring compliance with applicable quality requirements and standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Chemistry / Environmental Science / Sanitation, or equivalent qualification enabling registration with the Regional Chemistry Council (CRQ), or an Engineering degree. * 2 years of experience * Driver’s license, Category B ### **Ready to renew the world?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We are part of Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
