Description

Job Summary: Multifunctional building maintenance professional responsible for performing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and equipment repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Building, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance 2. Maintenance of forklifts, pallet jacks, and fire protection systems 3. Repair of operational equipment and carts \- Completion of NR-10 safety training \- Assist with general building maintenance activities, including wall painting, restroom maintenance, lamp replacement, ballasts, sensors, electrical and hydraulic repairs. \- Perform electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance tasks, including replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment. \- Maintain electric forklifts and pallet jacks, assisting with bearing and wheel replacements, as well as other hydraulic repairs. \- Conduct required tests on fire protection systems, hydrants, hoses, extinguishers, and sprinklers, and perform necessary repairs. \- Assist in inspecting operational equipment installations in stores, warehouses, and cold rooms, and carry out required repairs. \- Repair hydraulic and customer carts requiring maintenance. \- Inspect door functionality and perform necessary adjustments and repairs. \- Perform other duties compatible with the requirements of the position.
