Requirements and Qualifications:
* Technical education in Electricity — completed technical course or equivalent
* Minimum 6 months of experience in electrical assembly and maintenance
* Knowledge of ABNT and NFPA standards (e.g., NBR 5410, NFPA 70\)
* Ability to read electrical diagrams and interpret schematics
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Desirable:
* Certification in Occupational Safety (CIPA) or similar
* Knowledge of renewable energy (solar, wind)
* Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN)
* Availability for travel or night shifts
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Install and validate electrical systems according to technical specifications
* Reduce downtime by 15% through preventive maintenance
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Report recurring issues and propose improvements
