Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and cleaning areas, managing inventory, preparing products, and serving customers, ensuring environmental quality and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the kitchenette and dining areas. 2. Provide customer service, present the menu, and conduct sales. 3. Ensure restocking and quality of displayed products. Job Description: * Keep the kitchenette area and dining tables, as well as utensils and equipment in the department, organized and clean; * Maintain refrigerated beverage stock, replenishing as needed; * Perform frying tasks using the service fryer; * Maintain necessary quantities of kitchenette items; * Prepare mise\-en\-place for the kitchenette and dining area; * Greet customers, serve them, present the menu, and make sales; * Restock merchandise at the counter whenever a product is sold; * Prepare and deliver customer-requested products (weight, type, etc.), properly packaged and labeled according to the product code; * Store products in the warehouse according to storage requirements; * Remove daily any deteriorated, expired, or unsightly merchandise, verifying expiration dates of displayed products; * Label products according to internal codes for the sales area and company directives; * Verify that products are labeled with price, origin, manufacturing date, expiration date, and composition; * Participate in store inventory counts; * Notify department leadership regarding the need for maintenance or repair of machinery, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems; * Attend meetings and training sessions defined by department leadership and/or management; * Participate in the company’s mentoring program, training, teaching, and conveying company activities and regulations to new employees.
