Availability for long-duration trips **Long-Haul Driver** ======================== Araranguá (Distribution Center) \- SC Apply Now LinkedIn Facebook Back to Job Listings Job Description Position Title: Long-Haul Driver Key Responsibilities: \- Drive heavy vehicles such as trucks, buses, or trailers on intercity or interstate routes. \- Safely transport passengers, cargo, and goods. \- Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance, including checking fluid levels, tires, and cleaning. \- Complete travel documentation, such as control spreadsheets, logbooks, and incident reports. \- Strictly comply with traffic and safety regulations to ensure the safety of passengers, cargo, and the driver. \- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers and passengers. Required Qualifications: \- Completed high school education. \- Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) category D or E. \- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a heavy vehicle driver. \- Knowledge of traffic laws and proficiency in operating heavy vehicles. \- Excellent defensive and cautious driving skills. \- Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. \- Availability for long-duration trips. Preferred Qualifications: \- Dangerous Goods Transportation Course (MOPP). \- Basic mechanical knowledge. \- Ability to handle unforeseen situations and solve problems efficiently. Additional Information: \- Employment Regime: Article 235-C of the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT), § 1º \- Work Schedule: 8 hours per day and 44 hours per week, with a 1-hour meal break.
