+ Responsible for delivering legal notices and other notarial communications, ensuring they reach the intended recipients correctly and within legally mandated deadlines.
+ Interact directly with the public, maintaining ethical conduct, courtesy, and discretion while performing duties.
+ Deliver notifications, legal notices, and documents issued by the notary office;
+ Collect recipient signatures and record deliveries according to internal procedures;
+ Comply with legally mandated deadlines and assigned delivery routes;
+ Maintain organization and control over documents under one's responsibility;
+ Provide clear and respectful information to recipients;
+ Return to the notary office with delivery confirmations and incident reports.
Requirements:
+ Completed high school education;
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills;
+ Organization, responsibility, and professional confidentiality;
+ Availability for travel;
+ Valid driver's license (Category A)
