Your mission will be to propose continuous improvements and contribute to HR becoming an increasingly **strategic business partner**. More than execution, this is the moment to **innovate, bring ideas, and transform** people's and the company's daily experience. **Your Responsibilities:** * Operate as a generalist across all HR subsystems; * Manage Recruitment and Selection processes; * Support Human and Organizational Development (HOD), promoting engagement and training initiatives; * Perform Personnel Department routines (hiring, benefits, payroll, etc.); * Support climate management, internal policies, and other HR practices. **What We Expect From You:** **Academic Qualification:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. **Hard Skills** * Ability to organize processes and ensure compliance in Personnel Department routines; * Knowledge of labor legislation and best HR practices; * Experience in Recruitment & Selection (from profile alignment to conducting interviews); * Proficiency in HR management tools and Office/Google Workspace suites. **Soft Skills** * Organization and results orientation, with ability to prioritize tasks; * Clear and empathetic communication; * Agility in learning, always open to new knowledge and challenges. **Nice-to-Have:** * Familiarity with digital platforms for R&S, engagement, or performance evaluation. **What We Offer:** * Meal allowance; * Unimed health plan and life insurance (after 3 months);
