*Position: Collective Training Instructor – A Fitness 24h* *A Fitness 24h* is expanding its team of professionals responsible for delivering collective experiences across our units in Florianópolis and Criciúma. We are seeking individuals passionate about movement, who possess energy, presence, and enjoy transforming students’ experiences through dynamic and motivating classes. *Key Responsibilities* * Conduct group classes such as Bike, Pump, Step, Functional, GAP, Jump, and Rhythms; * Plan and structure classes according to the network’s methodology; * Create an immersive, motivating, and welcoming environment for students; * Encourage participation, consistency, and progress among students during classes; * Support initiatives, events, and activations promoted by the gym. *What We Look For* * Degree in Physical Education with active CREF registration; * Experience teaching group classes; * Les Mills certifications will be considered a plus; * Strong communication skills, teaching ability, and professional demeanor; * Proactive, energetic profile committed to student experience; * Ability to lead groups safely and enthusiastically. *Benefits* * Free access to workouts at all A Fitness 24h locations; * Birthday day off; * Psychoeducation session; * Benefits and discounts with partner companies; * Transportation allowance.
