Responsibilities: \- In-person, telephone, WhatsApp, and email support; \- Screening and referral of students to Analysts for specialized support; \- Demand routing and basic preliminary verification; \- Processing requests for academic documents; \- Drafting official letters and other documents related to scholarship programs; \- Preliminary document review to comply with scholarship program legislation and procedures; \- Performing other duties inherent to the position or as assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided the candidate is qualified and such duties align with their knowledge and experience.
