Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Assistant to perform cleaning and sanitization of facilities, linen replacement, and order dispatch. Key Highlights: 1. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for! \*Responsibilities:\* Cleaning and sanitization of suites, bathrooms, utensils, hallways, and kitchen; Linen replacement and consumption verification; Dispatching menu orders to suites; \*Requirements:\* Previous experience in cleaning or related activities (preferred but not mandatory); Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well; Availability to rotate among morning/afternoon and night shifts; Commitment to hygiene and safety norms and procedures; \*We Offer:\* \*Fixed Salary:\* R$ 1\.763,23 \+ 40% Hazard Pay \*Meal Allowance (after three months):\* R$ 300.00 (R$ 12.00 per day) \*Fuel Allowance:\* 6x1 R$ 250.00 \| 12x36 R$ 150.00 or Bike Allowance: R$ 100.00 \*Work Schedule:\* 6x1 (one day off per week and one Sunday off per month). * Loyalty and Bonus Program: Tenure-based Loyalty Bonus: 25% of salary in July during the first two years; 50% in the third year; 100% starting from the fourth year.
