Responsibilities: + Clean and organize outdoor areas and common spaces, including sweeping, washing, disinfecting surfaces, and collecting garbage; + Perform minor repairs (e.g., replacing light bulbs, painting); + Carry out other duties inherent to the position or as directed by the immediate supervisor, provided the candidate is qualified and such tasks align with their knowledge and experience.
