Support in preparing reports and supervision * ### **Job Description** POSITION: CIVIL ENGINEERING ASSISTANT Responsibilities: + Support construction execution monitoring, verifying schedules and compliance with design plans; + Assist in material control, measurements, quantity take-offs, and site productivity; + Support preparation of technical reports, daily site logs, and administrative controls; + Review technical documents, drawings, and descriptive specifications; + Provide support in supervising contractor and supplier services; + Request materials and supplies per instructions from the responsible engineer; + Monitor material testing and laboratory assays where applicable; + Support tool and equipment inventory management and maintenance; + Assist in construction planning and team task organization. Requirements: + Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; + Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans; + Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; + Familiarity with AutoCAD or other technical drafting software is desirable; + Organized, responsible, and proactive. Working Hours: + Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; + Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; + Overtime may be required.
