Job Summary: A professional to supervise gas production, manage teams, and ensure product quality, providing technical support to various departments within the company. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of air gas and CO2 production 2. Team and production routine management 3. Technical support and quality assurance · **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Supervise the company's gas production area; Supervise the following sectors and activities: Air Gas Plant, CO2 Plant, and cylinder filling; Control and record the following production reports: cylinder filling; Internal non-conformance handling, supplier and visitor follow-up within the industrial premises; Responsible for operators and maintenance personnel in the unit; Follow standard procedures according to company-implemented standards; Provide technical support to the Production Directorate, Sales Department, Branches, and Customers; Be responsible for product release within the specifications established by the company; Develop and enforce product specifications; Knowledge of Quality (ISO 9001 and CBPF). Experience in people and team management, in air gas plants, and in production routines. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. · **DESIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** Knowledge of gas theory and application of specialty gases; Knowledge of Quality (ISO 9001 and CBPF). Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training and Quality Standards courses. · **REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:** Active registration with the Professional Regulatory Council (CRQ or CREA). · **BENEFITS:** Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Medical assistance (Porto Seguro/Mediservice plan) Meal allowance of R$ 34.11 per day Parking *** Must reside in the Forquilhinha, Criciúma region.
