Professional responsible for pre-assembly and assembly of furniture, support in technical assistance, and organization of the work environment.

**Responsibilities:**
**1\. Perform pre-assembly**
1\.1\. Maintain tools in optimal condition; 1\.2\. Keep items, templates, and supporting materials—whether owned by the employee or the company—organized; 1\.3\. Review, verify, and question technical department information, using the technical folder as the primary reference material before commencing assembly; 1\.4\. Plan the assembly workflow, identifying where assembly will begin and where it will conclude for the project.
**2\. Execute furniture assembly**
2\.1\. Prepare the site using corner braces and floor protection (floor savers); 2\.2\. Assist in positioning components on-site to organize the entire assembly process, thereby improving agility and productivity; 2\.3\. Verify whether all components listed in the project have been delivered to the site; immediately notify the coordinator/supervisor if any items are missing; 2\.4\. Inspect hydraulic and electrical points to avoid damage to the client’s construction; 2\.5\. Install furniture according to established standards, thereby reflecting the brand’s values; 2\.6\. Review the assembly jointly with the assistant, ensuring the site is clean, tools properly organized and stored, and the technical folder collected; 2\.7\. Conduct a final review with the assembly supervisor for fine-tuning adjustments; 2\.8\. Package and protect assembled furniture using appropriate plastic coverings.
**3\. Support resolution of technical assistance issues**
3\.1\. Notify the responsible department (After-Sales) regarding technical assistance matters arising from manufacturing, transportation, and/or assembly; 3\.2\. Provide support in resolving problems occurring during furniture assembly—even if such problems were not caused by the assembly department; 3\.3\. Carry out technical assistance adjustments for furniture regardless of the underlying cause.
**Desired Qualifications:**
\- Completed high school;
\- Experience assembling furniture;
\- Proficiency in using measuring instruments;
\- Flexible working hours;
\- Willingness to travel;
\- Driver’s license category B.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
\- Training/experience with products of the brand’s main partners;
\- Experience assembling high-end furniture.
**Desired Technical Competencies:**
\- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings (Technical Folder);
\- Familiarity with Bontempo product lines or similar high-end furniture brands;
\- Knowledge of franchise and factory operational processes;
\- Proficiency in using assembly and measurement tools for the brand’s products;
\- Proficiency in using the brand’s templates.
**Compensation and Benefits:** R$ 3\.800,00 \+ variable income of 1% per productivity (when experience with high-end furniture—assessed during the interview with the manager) \+ meal allowance of R$18.00 per business day \+ fuel allowance if using personal vehicle for commuting. Average monthly earnings around R$6\.000,00.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour 30 minute lunch/break interval \- Overtime may be performed and compensated, and schedule flexibility is available.
