Job Summary: Professional to handle tax and accounting routines, invoice entry and verification, tax form issuance, and tax advisory support. Key Highlights: 1. Management and control of tax and accounting files * ### **Job Description** Main Responsibilities: + Entry and verification of incoming and outgoing fiscal invoices + Importation, control, and archiving of XML files + Verification of tax and accounting entries + Issuance of tax payment slips, fiscal invoices, and other tax documents + Organization and control of tax and accounting files + Support in internal control activities + Issuance and control of negative certificates + Asset management (fixed assets) + Support to procurement and sales departments, clarifying tax-related questions Technical Requirements: + Experience with tax and accounting routines + Knowledge of CFOP codes + Knowledge of taxes: ICMS, IPI, PIS, and COFINS + Understanding of concepts including Raw Materials, Use and Consumption, and Fixed Assets + Familiarity with tax systems/ERP software + Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility Preferred Qualifications: + Understanding of tax bookkeeping + Presumed Profit and/or Real Profit regimes + Knowledge of tax legislation applicable to daily operations * ### **Area of Activity:** Accounting and Auditing * ### **CBO Position Code:** Accounting Technician * ### **Education Requirement:** Completed Bachelor's Degree * ### **Salary Range:** To be negotiated * ### **Additional Benefits:** + Health Insurance + Profit Sharing or Results-Based Bonus Program + On-site Cafeteria + Life Insurance + Company Transportation * ### **Employment Type:** Indefinite-term contract (CLT) * ### **Work Format:** On-site * ### **Other Information:** Is travel availability required from the candidate?
