Waiter with drink experience | Bartender – Patagônia Bar **Technical Requirements:** * Knowledge in food and beverage operations; * Apply food safety best practices daily; * Customer service — greet and serve customers; * Work as a waiter at the bar, serving beverages and accompaniments with excellence; * Present and recommend menu items to customers with appropriate knowledge (dishes, beverages, etc.); * Study and master the deck and restaurant menus, updating knowledge whenever necessary; * Serve food and beverages, provide information, clarify menu-related questions, and take orders to serve customers/guests at Patagônia Bar; * Perform wine service and possess knowledge of the hotel’s wine list; * Attend briefings conducted by the responsible supervisor at the start of shifts and events, when applicable; * Prepare classic and signature cocktails with quality and efficiency; * Be responsible for Patagônia Bar operations: maintain an organized environment, restock supplies, manage inventory, and ensure smooth space functionality; * Assist with beverage recommendations and food pairings upon request; * Comply with the hotel’s established hygiene and safety standards; * Keep the bar clean and organized daily, ensuring it is ready for use at the start of each shift. **Behavioral Requirements:** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Personal hygiene and appearance; * Good communication and courtesy; * Focus on customer experience; * Excellent service; * Empathy and patience; * Organization and efficiency in service delivery and issue resolution; * Teamwork; **Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a waiter and bartender; * High school diploma or technical education; * Knowledge of classic mixology and preparation of signature cocktails (a plus); * Basic inventory control and bar organization skills; * Familiarity with F&B (food and beverage) processes; * Intermediate or advanced English or Spanish (a plus); * Experience with hotel management systems is a plus (Silbeck or Desbravador). **Benefits** * Meal allowance – BRL 400/month * Health plan (discounted rate with partner physician); * Dental plan (discounted rate with partner dentist); * Therapeutic support (discounted rate with partner psychologist); * Life insurance; * Service commission (distributed based on performance score). * Housing (water, electricity, internet) **Working Hours:** * 6 (six) days per week, 7 hours 20 minutes per day with a 1-hour break; * Shift options: 7:30 AM–3:50 PM or 4:00 PM–11:55 PM; * 1 weekly day off.
