




Job Summary: Responsible for the initial reception of customers and visitors, directing them to appropriate services, organizing the showroom, and managing correspondence and telephone calls. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and guidance 2. Showroom organization and maintenance 3. Communication management (phone calls and correspondence) Provide initial customer service and receive visitors for routing to respective departments/employees; Serve as custodian of our showroom: arrange tables, chairs; Direct customers to consultants according to the service queue and department (new vehicles, direct sales, and used vehicles); Answer telephone calls and execute appropriate call routing; Follow operational procedures and quality programs as mandated by the vehicle manufacturer; Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence to relevant departments.
