Create and optimize paid traffic campaigns * ### **Job Description** We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to strengthen our lead generation strategy and directly support sales growth. Main Responsibilities: + Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and sales growth; + Collaborate continuously with the Sales team, understanding priorities and developing actions aligned with goals; + Manage the marketing funnel, ensuring lead capture, nurturing, and qualification; + Create, analyze, and optimize paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, among others); + Plan and execute Inbound Marketing strategies, including automations and targeted content; + Produce and manage content for social media, landing pages, corporate materials, and announcements; + Manage requests, deadlines, and deliverables with the marketing agency; + Support endomarketing calendar activities; + Organize and produce materials for trade fairs and events, when necessary. Requirements: + Previous experience as a Marketing Analyst, with a focus on performance and lead generation; + Ability to self-manage, organize, and prioritize tasks; + Knowledge of digital marketing, paid media, and automation tools; + Experience with platforms such as RD Station, HubSpot, or similar; Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in marketing automation and digital marketing innovation.
