




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning, analysis, and support of sales targets; monitoring of key performance indicators; and optimization of commercial processes. Sales process and routine optimization * Planning, analysis, and support for defining sales targets * Cascading sales targets across the commercial team * Monitoring of KPIs, and development and presentation of reports and performance analyses * Development of data visualizations for the team * Conducting analyses to identify success levers and sales bottlenecks at all stages of the sales process (acquisition, qualification, retention, etc.) * Execution of the sales forecasting routine and results projection * Proposal, development, and implementation of process and routine improvements to enhance sales effectiveness * Support for sales data management * Support for the commercial team in CRM usage, including process structuring and automation * Daily monitoring of the sales funnel and its main KPIs, with corrective actions coordinated across departments * Assistance in evaluating potential new models by simulating scenarios and supporting critical business decisions Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
