Handle financial entries and accounts payable **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a Financial Analyst to process and control fiscal and financial routines, ensuring accuracy in entries, tax compliance, document organization, and efficiency in cash handling, reimbursements, and accounts payable processes according to established standards. Responsibilities: Process invoice entries, verifying documents, purchase orders, and recording them in the system. Review invoices issued against the company to prevent errors and improper charges. Resolve invoice discrepancies by comparing them with purchase orders or measurements and contacting responsible departments. Record taxes and withholdings to support accounting functions and ensure generation of tax payment slips. Maintain contact with suppliers for fiscal clarifications, cancellations, and reissuance of documents. Issue transfer invoices for materials between construction sites. Generate industrialization, return, repair, and other purpose-specific invoices. Monitor lease agreements, controlling entries, taxes, and deposits. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. Experience in the finance area, especially in routines such as financial entries, cash closing, reimbursements, construction site cash handling, and accounts payable.
