




Job Summary: A professional responsible for assisting in food pre-preparation, salad assembly, sanitation of utensils and equipment, and organization of the restaurant environment, strictly adhering to company procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in food pre-preparation and salad assembly 2. Responsibility for kitchen and restaurant sanitation and organization 3. Assistance in preparing snacks and customized dishes * Perform vegetable and produce pre-preparation, reviewing menu preparations under the cook's supervision. * Carry out pre-preparation and assembly of salads, both raw and cooked, according to the day's menu. * Ensure sanitation of all utensils used in meal preparations, organizing them properly in their designated locations. * Perform daily cleaning of machines and equipment, such as juice extractors and bottles. * Follow the scheduled cleaning and sanitation plan for equipment, including electric ovens, freezers, refrigerators, and thermal counters, as well as internal and external cleaning of the kitchen and restaurant. * Maintain restaurant organization by appropriately stocking tables. * Restock food items, salads, and desserts during meal hours. * Assist in returning trays, plates, and cutlery, ensuring proper disposal of food and non-food waste when necessary. * Provide assistance in preparing snacks and customized dishes. * Collect food samples as required. * Strictly comply with company procedures according to the Good Practices Manual.
