If you identify with this opportunity, apply now and join the NONINO team! **Responsibilities and duties** The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for **planning, organizing, directing, and controlling** warehouse activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient flow of receiving, storage, and dispatching of materials, compliance with safety regulations, and effective team management, aiming to provide continuous support and optimize company processes. * Plan, coordinate, and execute periodic and annual inventories; * Monitor physical and system inventory control, analyze discrepancies, and propose corrective actions; * Supervise the receiving process, verification, and inspection of materials (quality and quantity), comparing them with purchase orders and invoices; * Ensure correct recording of material entries into the system (ERP/WMS); * Supervise safe and proper storage of materials, optimizing layout and item allocation; * Manage internal requests, ensuring timely picking and delivery of materials; * Lead, train, and develop the warehouse and inventory team, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity and performance; * Prepare managerial reports on activities (e.g., accuracy, stockouts, service level) and monitor the department budget; * Ensure proper use of PPE, maintenance of handling equipment, and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements and qualifications** * Solid experience in **warehouse, logistics, or warehouse management, including team leadership,** is required. * Mandatory **Bachelor’s degree completed** (e.g., Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields). * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management. * Proficiency in TOTVS Protheus warehouse/inventory management systems (ERP/WMS). * Advanced knowledge of Office Suite, especially Excel. **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced knowledge of inventory control and management (FIFO, LIFO, ABC Curve, etc.) and inventory procedures. * Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen or other continuous improvement methodologies. **Additional information** #### **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Uniodonto dental plan For 40 years moving agribusiness forward!
