Minerva Foods is the leading exporter of beef in South America and also operates in the processed foods segment, marketing its products to over 100 countries. In addition to Brazil, Minerva Foods has operations in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and specialized sheep processing plants in Australia.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Plan and coordinate the production cycles across facilities, anticipating demand and adjusting schedules according to corporate priorities. Perform this activity by analyzing scenarios, evaluating capacity constraints, aligning commercial requirements, and negotiating resources with involved departments. Ensure timely delivery, efficient resource utilization, and alignment of production volumes with company objectives.
Monitor and critically analyze production, quality, efficiency, and cost indicators using advanced analytical tools and systematic result tracking. Based on these analyses, identify deviations and opportunities, prepare management reports, and propose technical solutions and action plans—always striving for operational excellence. Contribute to continuous improvement of the production process and achievement of strategic goals.
Drive optimization of resources and raw materials in industrial production by monitoring consumption, analyzing processes, and identifying waste or bottlenecks. Suggest and implement adjustments, develop actions to reduce losses and costs, enhance operational profitability, and ensure sustainability of production processes.
Promote integration and alignment of processes among PCP, Production, Logistics, Procurement, and other strategic areas, facilitating information flow and holding periodic alignment meetings. Implement best practices in standardization, training, and routine follow-up, strengthening internal synergy and preventing communication failures. Contribute to operational fluidity and fulfillment of shared objectives.
Lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives—from problem diagnosis through implementation of innovative, technology-driven solutions such as process automation and digitalization of controls. Engage multidisciplinary teams, track results, and disseminate learnings. Ensure constant evolution, business competitiveness, and responsiveness to market demands.
Serve as a technical reference for other PCP analysts and operational staff, providing support in resolving complex issues, conducting training, and sharing knowledge. Provide technical guidance to the team and promote a culture of professional development. Strengthen the team, foster best-practice sharing, and cultivate new talent in the field.
**Requirements and Qualifications**

Advanced Excel proficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
