Accompany patients during transfers between departments. Escort patients for examinations. Direct patients to the appropriate department. Collect all waste from used materials. Change patients’ clothing. Handle telephone and in-person inquiries. Remove indwelling urinary catheters. Set up enteral feeding pumps for patients receiving nutrition via feeding tubes. Assist with various departmental activities. * Prepare patient status reports for the subsequent shift. Perform electrocardiograms when necessary. Maintain tools, equipment, and work materials, ensuring the workplace remains orderly, clean, and well-preserved. Carry out other tasks related to the position, as required by the company or at the discretion of the immediate supervisor. Comply with occupational safety and health regulations. Prepare patients for consultations and examinations; * Perform and document examinations according to medical or nursing instructions; Guide and assist patients, providing information regarding hygiene, nutrition, medication use, and specific health treatment care; Monitor patients’ vital signs and general conditions per medical and nursing prescriptions; Collect or assist patients in collecting specimens for laboratory tests per instructions; Implement hospital infection prevention and control measures; * Conduct daily inventory of used supplies; Adhere to medical and nursing care prescriptions; Provide postmortem care; Record departmental activities, actions, events involving patients, and other relevant data for reporting and statistical tracking; Perform cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of materials and equipment, as well as their preparation, storage, and distribution; * Carry out tasks pertinent to the area of responsibility using computer equipment and software; Perform additional tasks supporting departmental operations inherent to the position; Prepare patients for surgeries, examinations, and other treatments; Observe, recognize, and describe signs and symptoms within the scope of professional qualification; Administer specifically prescribed or routine treatments, as well as other nursing activities, such as: Oral and parenteral medication administration; * Monitor fluid balance; Perform wound dressings; Administer oxygen therapy, nebulization, enteroclysis, edema management, heat or cold therapy; Monitor patients and contacts exposed to communicable diseases; Collect specimens for laboratory testing; Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care; Circulate in operating rooms. Perform disinfection and sterilization activities; Provide hygiene and comfort care to patients and ensure their safety; * Assist with oral feeding; Maintain cleanliness and order of supplies, equipment, and healthcare facility areas; Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams; Participate in health education activities; Observe, recognize, and describe signs and symptoms within the scope of professional qualification; Collect specimens for laboratory testing; Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care; Administer or assist with patient dietary plans; Participate in postmortem procedures; Document nursing care and observations in the patient’s medical record, signing and stamping with complete professional details: full name, COREN number, and category, per COFEN Resolution 0545/2017\. * **Requirements:** * Nursing Assistant course; * Experience in this field or similar activities; * Active registration with COREN. **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
