With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed globally through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for managing and procuring refrigerated vehicles to ensure timely fulfillment of shipment demands originating from factories, distribution centers, and warehouses. Engages in identifying and developing new suppliers to uncover opportunities that guarantee continuity and efficiency of logistics operations. Key responsibilities include: * Procuring refrigerated vehicles aligned with operational needs, ensuring availability and service quality to meet demand requirements. * Prospecting and qualifying new suppliers to strengthen the transportation network and mitigate operational risks. * Collaborating with factories, distribution centers (CDs), and warehouses to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce logistics costs. * Ensuring suppliers meet freight cost per kg targets and key logistics performance indicators. * Monitoring compliance with safety standards and implementation of the Risk Management Program (PGR). * Ensuring all orders and shipments are executed within contractual deadlines and established service level agreements (SLAs). * Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities to drive operational excellence and improve business performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Preferred: Postgraduate degree and/or MBA in relevant areas; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additional advantageous knowledge includes: Transportation management and freight procurement; Refrigerated transport operations; Logistics performance indicators (SLA, cost per kg, PGR); Logistics management systems (TMS/WMS).
