Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring shipments, addressing OTD inefficiencies, handling returns and payments, and actively collaborating with multiple departments.
Key Highlights:
1. Active involvement with Logistics, Commercial, Tax, Quality, and Finance departments
2. Monitoring and management of shipments to ensure On Time Delivery (OTD)
3. Coordination with carriers and analysis of unloading payments
Minerva Foods is the leading beef exporter in South America and also operates in the processed food segment, marketing its products to over 100 countries. In addition to Brazil, Minerva Foods operates in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and owns specialized sheep processing plants in Australia.
With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor shipments (loading, in-transit, and unloading)
* Address inefficiencies impacting **On Time Delivery (OTD)**
* Handle returns (analysis \+ coordination with responsible departments)
* Analyze and authorize unloading payments
* Monitor shipment temperatures
* Proactively prevent **demurrage charges**
* Address service requests / support tickets raised by carriers
* Active collaboration with: **Logistics / Commercial / Tax / Quality / Finance / Distribution Centers \& Plants**
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed High School education
Preferred: undergraduate course completed or currently enrolled
Flexible working hours
Resident of Barretos
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
