All selection processes conducted by **VAMOS** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and duties** Main Responsibilities: * Control and monitor preventive and corrective fleet maintenance, ensuring vehicle availability, reliability, and operational safety. * Plan maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with manufacturer intervals and technical guidelines. * Monitor mechanical diagnostics, evaluate budgets, and schedule services according to equipment needs and criticality. * Request quotes and purchase orders for parts, tires, and mechanical services, negotiating delivery times and terms with specialized suppliers. * Monitor vehicle and workshop performance by analyzing indicators such as availability, cost, average maintenance time, and recurrence of failures. * Update and maintain fleet technical records in management systems, ensuring traceability and data compliance. * Support warranty management, technical campaigns, and insurance claims, ensuring proper coordination with manufacturers and service providers. **Requirements and qualifications** Requirements: * Technical or higher education in Mechanics, Vehicle Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Previous experience in heavy fleet maintenance control, preferably in agricultural operations or transportation. * Knowledge of maintenance management systems. * Ability to interpret technical reports and analyze fleet performance. * Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel.
