We are seeking professionals to conduct store inspections in partnership with us (immediate demand). Key responsibilities for this role include: * Conducting store inspections/audits efficiently, accurately, and reliably, analyzing store characteristics and conditions of conservation/functionality; * Identifying and observing materials, finishes, furniture, and other property items; * Recording captured information as detailed text accompanied by photos for preparing the inspection report using a tablet application; Prerequisites: * Completed high school education (technical training in Building Construction preferred); * Basic computer skills; * CNPJ or MEI registration for issuing invoices as a legal entity; * Smartphone or tablet running Android; * Residence near Tangará da Serra and surrounding areas.
