**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 AM to 5:30 PM with 1 hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service provider \- legal entity Main Responsibilities Develop executive and estimate budgets for medium and large-scale construction projects; Perform quantitative surveys of materials, services, and labor; Analyze architectural, structural, and complementary designs to identify risks and cost optimization opportunities; Prepare detailed budget spreadsheets and unit price compositions (CUB, SINAPI, Sicro, and similar); Negotiate and validate technical and commercial proposals with suppliers and partners; Support the planning and construction control team in validating costs and financial targets; Issue technical reports to support management decision-making; Act strategically in pursuing savings, ensuring project competitiveness and sustainability. **Requirements:** Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with active CREA registration; Minimum of 10 years of experience in budgeting, costing, and planning; Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., advanced Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, Volare, Sienge, or similar); Up-to-date knowledge of price compositions, technical standards, and applicable regulations; Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and negotiation ability; Proactive profile, results-oriented, and with a sense of ownership.
