Perform checks according to the nurses’ checklist. Administer BCG and hepatitis vaccines prior to discharge, schedule vaccination records, and provide mothers with vaccine-related guidance. Counsel postpartum women on breastfeeding and newborn care. Perform monthly vaccine reporting and submit reports to the local health department. Request vaccines and manage their inventory and storage temperature. * Monitor VDRL testing collection and results for pregnant women and patients who experienced miscarriage. Report positive VDRL cases. Administer misoprostol and monitor its usage in coordination with the pharmacy. Manage and request inventory for the aforementioned items. Prepare shift rotation schedules. Supervise nursing staff during procedures and medication administration. Perform Nursing Systematization and daily patient progress documentation. * Take newborn photographs after obtaining signed authorization and consent forms from parents. Issue Live Birth Certificates. Review abnormal test results and communicate findings to physicians. Maintain work tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring excellent order, cleanliness, and preservation of the workplace. Perform other duties related to the position, as required by company needs or at the discretion of the immediate supervisor.
