**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Work Schedule:** 180 hours **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Other Conduct daily visits to all clients; Perform nursing checks according to the nurse’s checklist; Administer BCG and hepatitis vaccines prior to discharge, schedule vaccination records, and provide mothers with vaccine-related guidance; Provide postpartum women with breastfeeding guidance and newborn care instructions; Monthly compilation of vaccination data and submission to the local health department; Request vaccines and manage inventory and temperature monitoring; Monitor syphilis (VDRL) test collection and results for pregnant women and clients who have experienced miscarriages; Report positive VDRL test results; Administer misoprostol and coordinate its management with the pharmacy; Manage and request inventory for the respective units; Prepare rotating shift schedules; Supervise nursing staff during procedures and medication administration; Implement Nursing Systematization and document daily client progress notes; Photograph newborns only after obtaining signed authorization and consent from parents; Issue Live Birth Certificates; Review abnormal lab results and communicate findings to physicians; Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good condition, ensuring the workplace remains orderly, clean, and well-maintained; Perform other duties related to the position as required by company needs or at the discretion of the immediate supervisor; Comply with occupational safety and health regulations. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with active COREN registration. **Benefits:** Provided during the interview
