We are seeking a **Mid-Level Technical Support Analyst**, who will serve as the technical reference for maintaining and managing our security and IT infrastructure systems, with a critical focus on **CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television)**. This position involves supporting and implementing video surveillance systems across all group units—remotely or on-site **(occasional travel required)**. **Responsibilities and Duties** The primary focus of this role is to ensure the stability and performance of our entire monitoring platform: * **CCTV Management:** Configure IP and analog cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and Video Management Software (VMS). * **Level 2 Support:** Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system (Windows), and network (LAN/WAN) incidents. * **Network Infrastructure:** Understand switch architecture (including PoE and VLAN), ensuring reliable data traffic for the video system. * **Security and Data:** Manage image and log backup routines; integrate CCTV systems with other security systems (Access Control and Alarm Systems). * **Field Team Oversight:** Remotely supervise field team maintenance activities to provide real-time guidance and system configuration during scheduled unit maintenance. * **Documentation and Continuous Improvement:** Develop and update technical procedures (Knowledge Base) and propose continuous improvements to IT and security architecture. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Computer Networks:** * Solid knowledge of **TCP/IP** protocols. * Understanding of VLAN and LAN concepts. * Knowledge of structured cabling (identification, fiber optic splicing — differential, network point certification). **Operating Systems:** * Administration and troubleshooting in **Windows** environments (Desktop and Server). **Hardware and Software:** * Assembly, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and servers. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365. **Ticket Management:** * Proficiency with *Help Desk*/*Service Desk* tools, including GLPI. * Ability to perform **rapid diagnostics** and resolve Level 2 issues (escalating only to Level 3 when strictly necessary). **Camera Installation and Maintenance:** * In-depth expertise in **analog and IP cameras**. * Ability to install, configure, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance (including focus adjustment, positioning, and image quality optimization). **Recording and Monitoring Systems:** * Advanced experience with **DVRs (Digital Video Recorders)** and **NVRs (Network Video Recorders)**. * Configuration and administration of Video Management Software (VMS), such as Intelbras S.I.M., Digifort, Hikvision iVMS, etc. **Networking Applied to CCTV:** * Ability to design and manage networks to support video traffic (bandwidth, QoS). * Configuration of **PoE (Power over Ethernet)** and managed switches for IP cameras. **Integrated Systems (Preferred Qualification):** * Familiarity with **Access Control Systems** (turnstile gates, biometrics, RFID). * Experience with **alarm control panels**, electric fences, and their integration with CCTV. * Knowledge of **Video Analytics** technologies (facial recognition, license plate recognition, advanced motion detection). **Additional Information** Benefits: * Health Insurance * Meal Allowance * Well Hub (Gympass) As the leading beef exporter in South America, Minerva Foods is more than a global company—it is a community of professionals united by the purpose of “building connections among people, food, and nature.” We operate in over 100 countries and maintain facilities in Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and specialized sheep-processing plants in Australia and Chile.
